Cathy Scott of Imagen made contact with our company in October 2003. Coincidentally, we were in the midst of plans to purchase a custom exhibit for MAGIC, the menswear semi-annual trade show in Las Vegas. We were working on acquiring bids from three other vendors at the time however, desired to give Imagen an opportunity to provide a proposal. Even though Cathy and her team entered the scene late and only had one 30-minute telephone conversation with our project planner, the vision that Imagen presented to us was far above the rest. MMG’s executive team was very impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, ability, and willingness to work within our needs. Our new exhibit was debuted at MAGIC in February 2004 and was awarded MAGIC Men’s Best Booth Award in August 2004. Imagen handles the storage, installation, dismantle, graphics, and updates of MMG’s exhibit. They care for it as if it was their own. That coincidental 30-minute phone call has turned into a sound and loyal partnership between MMG and Imagen. Together we make an award winning team!

I am taking a moment to write you a note about my experience at the last WSA show in Las Vegas. I have been supervising the WSA show for my company since 1997 and this last show was the best set-up/take-down and all around best show we have done. Imagen did a superb job of motivating the laborers and attacking issues before they became issues. This show could have been one of my worst nightmares and they took the challenges head on and made it the best show ever.

In all honesty I cannot say enough about Imagen's professionalism and can do attitude. The moniker "Customer Service" is over used everyday by companies, organizations and people who really don't understand and do not demonstrate the true meaning of "Customer Service". Imagen has renewed my faith in customer service and has shown me that their dedicated employees do understand the true meaning and DELIVER!!!!
